The pandemic that drained a lot of energy, costs and thoughts, even hundreds of thousands of lives had to be taken, because they lost the fight against this coronavirus sars. Many state policies were also adjusted to the conditions referred to as non-natural disasters, including state financial policies and social activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During the pandemic in mid-2020-2021, we were very familiar with the terms Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB), Enforcement of Community Activity Restrictions (PPKM), to a social assistance program called the Social Safety Net (JPS). The program is a combination of declining purchasing power and increasing poverty due to restrictions on time and physical activity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In response to this phenomenon, IDEA also directed several of its main programs through a disaster risk reduction approach. Some of IDEA's important programs during the pandemic include Improving disaster risk reduction governance, then monitoring the management of the Covid-19 handling budget, and advocacy programs to fulfill the rights of vulnerable groups during the Covid-19 pandemic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In parallel, IDEA also continues to implement poverty alleviation programs through the utilization of information systems and one poverty data. Pandemi yang cukup banyak menguras energi, biaya dan fikiran, bahkan ratusan ribu nyawa harus terenggut, karena kalah melawan sars coronavirus ini. Banyak kebijakan negara juga turut disesuaikan dengan kondisi yang disebut sebagai bencana non alam, termasuk kebijakan keuangan negara dan aktivitas sosial. Selama pandemi pada medio 2020-2021, kita sangat familiar dengan istilah Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar (PSBB), Pemberlakuan Pembatasan Kegiatan Masyarakat (PPKM), hingga program bantuan sosial bernama Jaring Pengaman Sosial (JPS). Program tersebut merupakan kelindan dari menurunnya daya beli serta meningkatnya kemiskinan imbas pembatasan waktu dan aktivitas fisik. Menyikapi fenomena tersebut, IDEA turut mengarahkan beberapa program utamanya melalui pendekatan pengurangan risiko bencana. Beberapa program penting IDEA di masa pandemi antara lain ialah Perbaikan tata kelola pengurangan risiko bencana, kemudian pemantauan tata kelola anggaran penanganan covid-19, serta program advokasi untuk pemenuhan hak kelompok rentan selama pandemi covid-19. Secara beriringan, IDEA juga terus menjalankan program penanggulangan kemiskinan melalui pemanfatan sistem informasi dan satu data kemiskinan.
