The implementation of the SPEAK Program to strengthen women's groups in Bojonegoro Regency and Semarang City from mid-2020 to the end of 2021 faced the challenges of the Covid19 pandemic. This challenge certainly requires program managers to change the program implementation strategy, and on the other hand, the policy of restricting community activities certainly has an impact on citizen involvement in development. Amidst the limited interaction of residents to gather directly, the SPEAK Program succeeded in providing training to women's groups and inviting them to monitor government programs in the education and health sectors.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The SPEAK program also provides assistance to the Government in two program locations. Through this assistance, the SPEAK program has resulted in policy changes so that it is hoped that in the future local governments will be more accountable. The success of assistance to residents and advocacy at the local government level needs to be presented to the public at large through a Seminar so that the efforts made by civil society and women's communities can be a lesson for other regions. Pelaksanaan Program SPEAK untuk menguatkan kelompok perempuan di Kabupaten&nbsp; Bojonegoro dan Kota Semarang sejak pertengahan 2020 hingga akhir 2021 menghadapi tantangan pandemi Covid19. Tantangan tersebut tentu mengharuskan pengelola program untuk mengubah strategi pelaksanaan program, dan di lain sisi, kebijakan pembatasan kegiatan masyarakat tentu berdampak pada keterlibatan warga dalam pembangunan. Di tengah keterbatasan interaksi warga untuk berkumpul secara langsung, Program SPEAK berhasil melakukan pelatihan kepada kelompok perempuan dan mengajak mereka untuk melakukan monitoring program pemerintah di sektor pendidikan dan kesehatan.&nbsp; Program SPEAK juga melakukan pendampingan kepada Pemerintah di dua lokasi program. Melalui pendampingan tersebut, program SPEAK menghasilkan perubahan kebijakan sehingga harapannya kedepan pemerintah daerah menjadi lebih akuntabel. Keberhasilan atas pendampingan kepada warga dan advokasi di tingkat pemerintah daerah tersebut, perlu untuk dipaparkan kepada publik secara luas melalui sebuah Seminar agar upaya yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat sipil dan komunitas perempuan dapat menjadi pembelajaran bagi daerah lain.
