On April 14, 2011 to April 16, 2011, LADANG (Budget Analysis and Advocacy Laboratory) which is the IDEA Yogyakarta task force held a training on \"responsive budget planning for poverty alleviation\". This activity was held in collaboration with JARAK Bantul, located at Sawah Resto Banyu Bening Jl. Imogiri Timur km 7 Grojogan Wonokerten Bantul. This training was attended by 30 participants from representatives of community groups from 6 villages in Bantul Regency, community radio, JARAK, JARPPUK.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The training began on Thursday, April 14, 2011 with an introduction session between participants. Then participants were invited to agree on the rules of the game during the process so that this training was in accordance with shared expectations. Next, the Facilitator delivered the training flow related to the material that would be delivered for the next 3 days. On the first day, participants were invited to recognize the basic concepts of poverty alleviation as well as citizen rights and state obligations. To facilitate the delivery, the facilitator used a group discussion method to introduce the basic concepts of poverty alleviation. They were asked to map poverty alleviation programs in their respective villages, then together identify and recognize poverty alleviation policies and regulations from the central to regional levels. Furthermore, residents were invited to recognize citizen rights and state obligations using the snakes and ladders game method. From this process, participants learned about poverty problems, government policies related to poverty alleviation and learned about citizen rights and state obligations to fulfill citizen rights, especially the poor.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
Pada tanggal 14 April 2011 sampai tanggal 16 April 2011, LADANG (Laboratorium Analasis dan Advokasi Anggaran) yang merupakan gugus tugas IDEA Yogyakarta menyelenggarakan pelatihan \u00e2\u20ac\u0153 perencanaan penganggaran yang responsif penanggulangan kemiskinan\u00e2\u20ac\u009d. Kegiatan ini diselenggarakan bekerja sama dengan JARAK Bantul, bertempat di Sawah Resto Banyu Bening Jl. Imogiri Timur km 7 Grojogan Wonokerten Bantul . Pelatihan ini diikuti oleh 30 partisipan yang berasal dari perwakilan kelompok masyarakat dari 6 desa di Kab. Bantul, radio komunitas, JARAK, JARPPUK. Pelatihan ini dimulai hari kamis 14 April 2011 dengan sesi perkenalan antar partisipan. Kemudian partisipan diajak menyepakati aturan main selama proses berlangsung agar pelatihan ini sesuai dengan harapan bersama. Selanjutnya Fasilitator menyampaikan alur pelatihan terkait materi yang akan disampaikan selama 3 hari ke depan. Pada hari pertama ini partisipan diajak mengenali konsep dasar penanggulangan kemiskinan serta hak warga dan kewajiban negara. Untuk mempermudah penyampaian fasilitator menggunakan metode diskusi kelompok untuk mengenalkan tentang konsep dasar penanggulangan kemiskinan. Mereka diminta untuk memetakan program penanggulan kemiskinan yang ada di desa mereka masing-masing, kemudian bersama-sama mengidentifikasi dan mengenali kebijakan dan peraturan penanggulangan kemiskinan dari tingkat pusat sampai daerah. Selanjutnya warga diajak mengenali hak warga dan kewajiban negara dengan metode permainan ular tangga.
