This morning, Thursday, August 10, 2017 at 09.00 WIB, the 2017 Greget Desa National Workshop continued. The second day of the series of events was held at the Dlingo Village Hall, Bantul Regency, which was opened by the Bantul Regent, Suharsono. Previously, the Regent's arrival at the village hall was enlivened by a welcoming dance performance from elementary school students from Dlingo Village.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In his speech, Suharsono welcomed the participants of Greget Desa 2017 to Bantul Regency, which consisted of various representatives of central and regional government agencies, village governments, community organizations and the media.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Suharsono said that villages must have innovation in the current technological era. According to him, with the innovation they have, the community can realize targeted village development. Innovation in the field of technology is expected to be able to drive the village economy which will certainly bring benefits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"Villages must be innovative amidst advances in information and technology, village communities must be able to utilize technology to realize targeted village development. With the technological innovations that have been developed, (villages) can develop a productive economy that is beneficial to the village,\" said Surharsono.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition, Suharsono also invited participants from various regions to share in this event to find a common solution to the problems faced. He gave an example of the drought problem that occurred in East Nusa Tenggara which was the same as that experienced in Dlingo Village.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"Please, those from outside the region, please share to solve existing problems, for example, drought disasters, in NTT I once experienced a drought, this is the same as what was experienced in Dlingo,\" he said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Finally, Suharsono touched on the issue of utilizing the potential of village natural resources. According to him, village natural resources must be managed by the community itself through the Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMDES), so that the community really benefits from it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"Natural Resources in the Village must be managed by BUMDES, so that the results can be fully enjoyed by the community.\"<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The second day of Greget Desa 2017 will be filled with interactive discussions with the main theme, \u201cManaging Village Resources to Reduce Inequality and Increase Welfare\u201d. Pagi ini Kamis, 10 Agustus 2017 pukul 09.00 WIB Lokakarya Nasional Greget Desa 2017 Kembali dilanjutkan. Hari kedua rangkaian acara ini dilaksanakan di Balai Desa Dlingo, Kab. Bantul yang dibuka oleh Bupati Bantul Suharsono. Sebelumnya,  kedatangan Bupati ke balai desa dimeriahkan dengan penampilan tarian sambutan dari siswi Sekolah Dasar yang berasal dari Desa Dlingo. Lewat sambutanya, Suharsono mengucapkan selamat datang di Kabupaten Bantul kepada para peserta Greget Desa 2017 yang terdiri dari berbagai perwakilan instansi pemerintah pusat maupun daerah, pemerintah desa, organisasi masyarakat dan media. Suharsono menyampaikan bahwa desa harus memiliki inovasi di era teknologi pada saat ini. Menurutnya dengan inovasi yang dimiliki, masyarakat  dapat mewujudkan pengembangan desa yang tepat sasaran. Inovasi pada bidang teknologi diharapkan mampu menggerakan perekonomian desa yang tentunya akan membawa manfaat. \u201cDesa harus inovatif di tengah kemajuan informasi dan teknologi, masyarakat desa harus mampu memanfaatkan teknologi untuk mewujudkan pengembangan desa yang tepat sasaran. Dengan \u00a0inovasi teknologi yang telah dikembangkan,(Desa) dapat mengembangkan ekonomi produktif yang bermanfaat bagi desa\u201d, Ujar Surharsono. Selain itu, Suharsono juga mempersilahkan partisipan yang berasal dari berbagai daerah untuk berbagai dalam acara ini guna mencari pemecahan bersama atas permasalahan yang dihadapi. Ia mencontohkan permasalahan kekeringan yang terjadi di Nusa Tenggara Timur sama dengan yang dialami di Desa Dlingo. \u201cMonggo yang dari luar daerah silahkan berbagi untuk menyelesaikan masalah yang ada misalnya seperti bencana kekeringan, di NTT saya dulu pernah merasakan kekeringan, ini sama dengan yang dialami di Dlingo\u201d,  Ujarnya. Terakhir Suharsono menyinggung masalah pemanfaatan potensi sumber daya alam desa. Menurutnya sumber daya alam desa harus dikelola masyarakat sendiri melalui Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDES), agar masyarakat benar \u2013 benar mendapatkan manfaat darinya. \u201cSumber Daya Alam di Desa harus dikelola oleh BUMDES, sehingga hasilnya dapat dinikmati sepenuhnya oleh masyarakat\u201d. Hari kedua gelaran Greget Desa 2017 akan diisi dengan diskusi-diskusi interaktif yang bertema utama, \u201cMengelola Sumber Daya Desa untuk Mengurangi Ketimpangan dan Meningktakan Kesejahteraan\u201d. Para peserta akan terbagi dalam kelas-kelas diskusi interaktif yang akan berlangsung sampai sore hari.
