Yogyakarta City Hotel Tax in the 2014 Regional Budget is IDR 87 billion. This income has increased drastically compared to 2013 which was only IDR 55 billion. Meanwhile, when viewed from the side of spending for environmental sustainability in Yogyakarta City, there is no budget allocation to reduce the vulnerability of Yogyakarta City. Residents feel the impact of hotel development which has implications for reduced groundwater and green open spaces. The discussion emerged in the launch of the Open Data for the 2012-2014 Yogyakarta City Budget. Open Data presents data that is easily accessible to residents. The data presented includes revenue data, general spending, program spending and activities related to the fulfillment of the right to education, health, economy and culture. The launch was attended by the Head of the Revenue and Financial Management Service and Andreas Pawelke from the Web Foundation, and Akhmad Nasir, a community media practitioner. Data yang disajikan meliputi data pendapatan, belanja umum, belanja program dan kegiatan yang berkaitan dengan pemenuhan hak atas pendidikan, kesehatan, ekonomi dan budaya. Launching dihadiri oleh berbagai CSO yang bergerak di isu advokasi pemenuhan hak ekosob dan kebijakan publik, seperti SIGAB, SABDA, Combine Reseaerch Institute, LSPPA, Aksara, ICM, PKBI DIY, Yasanti, Sarang Lidi, Komunitas Kali Code Fesr, Warga Berdaya, dan Tim Penanggulangan Kemiskinan Kelurahan.\u00a0 Selain Itu Komisi Informasi, Lembaga Ombudsman DIY dan Ombudsman Republik Indonesia area DIY juga hadir. Unsur perguruan tinggi dan media juga terlibat dalam diskusi tersebut.
