In the budget chain, the community should be in the earliest and most decisive position. Because in the end the amount of the budget, the amount and the objectives set will be returned to the community. When the role of the community is weak, it is not impossible that budget imbalances will occur due to misreading of the problems and social realities of the community, and there is no community involvement in the budget process.
Participatory budgeting can help us solve concrete problems faced by the community, obtain information about the budget, facilitate monitoring of budget allocation and implementation, and most importantly, prevent corruption, collusion and nepotism in budget utilization.
