The pandemic that drained a lot of energy, costs and thoughts, even hundreds of thousands of lives had to be taken, because they lost the fight against this coronavirus sars. Many state policies were also adjusted to the conditions referred to as non-natural disasters, including state financial policies and social activities.

During the pandemic in mid-2020-2021, we were very familiar with the terms Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB), Enforcement of Community Activity Restrictions (PPKM), to a social assistance program called the Social Safety Net (JPS). The program is a combination of declining purchasing power and increasing poverty due to restrictions on time and physical activity.
