2021 is the second year that Indonesia and the world have been hit by the Covid-19 pandemic. In fact, this year Indonesia experienced the peak of the spread and victims of the pandemic.
Similar to 2020, in 2021, IDEA is still directing several of its main programs through a disaster risk reduction approach. Together with the Yogyakarta civil society network and the Disaster Risk Reduction Forum, IDEA is running a vaccination fulfillment program for vulnerable groups such as women, children, the elderly, people with disabilities to people with HIV-Aids and commercial sex workers. In addition, IDEA is also conducting a study "New Habit Adaptation Study: Synchronization of Data Quality for Social Safety Nets in the Covid 19 Pandemic Situation."
In addition, IDEA's regular programs also continue to run, especially advocacy for gender mainstreaming. Programs such as mainstreaming women in the implementation of EITI and mainstreaming Women's MSMEs in the procurement process of goods/services continue to be encouraged to ensure participation, access, control, and benefits for all citizens inclusively.
